You are a Supernova!!
A supernova is a powerful and luminous stellar explosion. At its peak brightness, the optical luminosity of a supernova can be comparable to that of an entire galaxy
We have our annual Holistic Business Building Workshop called “Shine” every year in the Fall. Last year my beloved, Patrick put together a playlist of all the songs that have the word “Shine” in them. I am not sure if we played the playlist at the event or we did an they didn’t register with me. For some reason recently when I have been getting into my car the playlist starts to play in my car (it is connected via Bluetooth) and it keeps playing the same song “Shine” by Anna Nalick.
I had never heard the song before so as I am driving I am listening to the lyrics and I am totally loving them. Yesterday I get into the car AGAIN and the song, yes of all of the songs on the playlist it keeps going to this song, so I listen even more closely. This is the phrase that gets me every time:
Isn’t it time you got over how fragile you are
We’re all waiting
Waiting on your supernova
Cause that’s who you are
And you’ve only begun to shine
I think of all of my clients that I have Coached over the years that are true Supernova’s in hiding, believing they are fragile when they are truthfully powerful beyond belief. The contrast of what they initially believe vs. the truth of who they are is staggering. What creates this distorted thinking and believing?
The reality is that for many of us when we come into the world oftentimes our parents have cut off from the truth of who they are, from the reality of their own brightness. They were shining lights, just like you were and are. The difference is that they had believed the distortions of who they were for a long time and hadn’t been on a path of uncovering the truth. You then take on those same distortions and absorb it into your very being until it feels like truth–except it is NOT. It is a distortion, a lie. Probably one of the biggest lies you can tell yourself.
The truth is that YOU ARE A SUPERNOVA and you can operate and live from this light if you embrace this truth and call yourself forward with the courageous actions that this light wants to express in the world.
What would that be for you? If you absorbed this message–YOU ARE A SUPERNOVA into your very being, into every part of you. What if you absorbed, felt and deeply knew this without an ounce of hesitancy. What would you do that is different than you are doing now? What actions would you be taking that you aren’t now? What kind of Ideal Clients would feel in alignment with you? What level of expansion would you believe is possible for you in your Holistic Business?
